Training attention to help deal with stress.
I love this and do it as often as I think of it. I find the more I do it and relax the better I do. If I don't try to find the face that's smiling and just feel where it is I can fly through this is no time! But if I start to try and get out of my rhythm... Uggh! No matter though it's all about de-stressing and naturally finding the positives!
All you do is click on the smiling faces as fast as you can. This takes about 4 minutes to finish and if you do this often it is supposed to make you see more positives and be happier!
