Free to Play2014 Enjoyable documentary 7.5 out of 10 I'm not into gaming or computer games but this was a really enjoyable movie. I love documentaries . I feel like I got to know more about the gaming world and understand it more. I also felt a connection to the players and could feel their passion. I would suggest this movie to anyone! Also I think each one of us should be able to go for our dreams and be supported when and if we get the chance to! Well done to all in this film and to the future of gaming!
The Spirit of '45 2013 I love the old days 7.5 out of 10 This was a really excellent documentary. I am fascinated with old film footage and pictures. My dad was two years old in 1945 so I love to get the perspective of things in relation to my dad's age and my grandparents. Who were 26 and 25. This film is real and during it I kept thinking it's all still the same. When will people get it that we need to make the world a better place and it's going to take all of us to do it. And we all can do it! Each one of us can make a difference! I know it's slow moving to change the way the world is and to change the political policies that keep us in our "places". It's not about money and politics... It's about our rights! We have the right to have a good life. ALL of us!
Fruitvale Station (2013) Excellent movie. 8 out of 10 Michael B. Jordan gave an amazing performance he has matured from The Wire and I believe will go far in his acting career. I felt like I was with Oscar throughout his very last day. In that day I feel like I got to know him. This was filmed with that thought in mind and successfully done. I am shocked yet again at the deadly force used in what is supposed to be a "Free" country, and saddened by the total disregard of the Bill of Rights and U.S. Constitution. More than anything I am sad a young man with his life ahead of him died. My heart goes out to the family of Oscar Grant.
