5 week birthday!
I thought it was 6 but I got it wrong! Lol! 6 weeks would have sounded a bit better but now as the photo has been taken and processed 5 weeks is just as good! :~)
My vegetarian birthday anyway! I'm not too sure when I get my official tee shirt and diploma but I don’t’ care I'm in it now and that mean that’s what I am! A vegetarian! It’s been easy too! I thought I might miss certain foods but I don’t! Not yet anyway! But I don’t feel like I will miss them. I'm really happy with this and about doing this! It feels like the right thing to do!
I have to give a lot of credit to Jenn.
Jenn you really made me think… I think you said you were ten years old when you became a vegetarian, and if a girl that young decided eating animals didn’t feel right and decided to stop doing it… well I figured you were very smart and also right. And if you could do it then so could I!
I had thought of it many times but never got motivated to just do it. I thought it would be too hard in many ways and was never willing to commit.
The other thing that pushed me over was a movie I didn’t see. That sounds funny doesn’t it! but its true… the movie was a documentary called “Food Inc.” and I didn’t see it because I just couldn’t face seeing how animals were treated. And I know about some of it and what happens but just tried to put it away in my head and forget. Now I have watched a number of documentaries that have sad things in them and people being treated so badly and things that are really hard to see but… I watched them… and I wouldn’t watch “Food Inc”
So… that’s it! I’m a vegetarian and I think it’s great and I feel really good about it!
Thanks Jenn for your help and the movie “food Inc” that I didn’t see!
I have decided to do a Project 365! Here is just a bit of info behind every pic.
I have an Etsy shop now! Check it out here!!!!
